Thank you for supporting Silk Canyon Beadwork. Every piece is meticulously handwoven bead by bead, and I take great care in preparing and packaging your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

If you have purchased a custom piece or a made-to-order item, I will provide an estimated completion and shipping date before work begins.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS, depending on destination and service availability.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 10-21 business days
• International: 15-25 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delivery times can be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays, and carrier delays that are outside of my control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Packaging

Your beadwork will be carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition. Whenever possible, I use recyclable or reusable packaging materials as part of my commitment to thoughtful, low-waste business practices.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

International Orders

I am happy to ship internationally.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Any charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Lost or Damaged Packages

I take great care in packaging every order. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is no longer within my control.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at SilkCanyon@gmail.com. I will do my best to assist in working with the shipping carrier and finding a resolution.
