Every piece is handwoven bead by bead and created with care just for you. All sales are final.
However, I genuinely want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, please contact me within 3 days of your item's arrival. In certain situations, I may be able to offer an exchange for another piece of equal value.
If an exchange is arranged, as I am a small business, I ask that you cover the additional shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding and support.
