Return & Refund Policy for Mountain Gypsy Beadwork

Thank you for shopping with Mountain Gypsy Beadwork. I take great pride in creating high-quality, handmade earrings for my customers. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail, and I hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please read the return and refund policy below.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the handmade nature of my earrings, I do not accept returns on any products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only if item is defective or damaged. Item must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. No exceptions.  If the item is defective, I will either offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • For Defective Items: If a refund is issued due to a defect or error on our part, I will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges. 

Damaged or Defective Items

I take great care in packaging and shipping my products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the damage or defect.

In these cases, I will either:

  • Offer a replacement
  • Process a full refund and cover return shipping cost of damaged/defective item.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless they are defective. Please ensure that you review all details carefully before placing a custom order.
